As President of Operations for Beztak, the parent company of All Seasons, I've spent my career creating communities that people are proud to call home. After fifteen years of luxury multifamily housing, I had the opportunity to expand my focus to senior living more than a decade ago, and it quickly became one of the most rewarding chapters of my career. From the beginning, our vision for All Seasons was never to create a typical senior living community. We set out to redefine expectations by blending exceptional hospitality, personalized service, engaging experiences, and thoughtfully designed environments that support an extraordinary lifestyle. That vision continues to guide everything we do. Whether it's carefully curated art collections, exceptional dining, or life enrichment programs inspired by our residents' passions and accomplishments, every detail is designed to elevate daily life.

Diana oversees Life Enrichment programming for Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care residents at All Seasons Oro Valley. From coordinating engaging activities and special events to building relationships with entertainers and community partners, her focus is always on creating opportunities for friendship and fun. Whether she is greeting residents by name, planning a community celebration, or hosting Happy Hour, Diana brings enthusiasm and energy to every interaction. What Diana enjoys most about her role is the opportunity to learn from the residents she serves. She admires their resilience, compassion, and willingness to embrace new experiences, and considers them a daily source of inspiration. Seeing residents connect with one another, discover new hobbies, or simply share a laugh with friends is what makes her work especially rewarding. Among her favorite traditions at All Seasons Oro Valley are the community's lively Happy Hours and live music performances, which regularly bring residents together to socialize and celebrate life. She also looks forward to the annual Halloween Costume Contest, a beloved event that highlights the creativity, humor, and spirit of both residents and team members. Originally from Scarsdale, New York, Diana later moved to Scottsdale, Arizona, where she enjoyed an active childhood filled with summer camps, soccer, and cheerleading. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, spending time on her family's property in Aravaipa Canyon, taking long walks with her two Aussie Doodles, Olive and Oscar, and playing Bridge. She and her husband, Grant, have been married for 23 years and are proud parents to their two children, Charlotte and Russell. When asked what makes All Seasons Oro Valley special, Diana points to the people. She feels fortunate to work in a beautiful community surrounded by residents and team members she genuinely cherishes and respects. Their appreciation, positivity, and engagement inspire her to give her very best each day. Through her dedication, creativity, and genuine care for others, Diana helps make All Seasons Oro Valley a vibrant and welcoming community where residents can continue to learn and enjoy life every day.

Since opening its doors, All Seasons Rochester Hills has continually evolved to enhance the resident experience. Through ongoing updates to the building, amenities, and resident offerings, the community has remained focused on delivering a refined lifestyle that balances comfort, quality, and attention to detail.
That commitment has helped cultivate a strong sense of pride and connection throughout the community. Residents and team members alike play a role in creating an environment where relationships flourish, experiences are shared, and each day feels purposeful. ABOUT THE ARTIST Ackeem Salmon is an interdisciplinary visual artist and musician working across photography, painting, and installation. He earned his BFA in Photography and Fine Art with honors from the College for Creative Studies and the Paris College of Art. His work has been exhibited internationally, including at Galerie Joseph in Paris, Val de Vie Estate in Cape Town, and Sotheby’s in New York. He has also received recognition from the Kresge Foundation and the Ashley Longshore Excellence in the Arts.

An internationally recognized interdisciplinary artist, Ackeem brings together visual art, performance, and music to create meaningful opportunities for creativity and connection. Ackeem has already begun his residency, collaborating with residents across Michigan through workshops, design lectures, open studio visits, Detroit art tours, and his signature harp performances. This summer, he is also leading “What We Carry: Stories Across Generations,” a collaborative mural project inspired by residents’ memories, stories, and life experiences. The residency continues in August, with upcoming opportunities for residents to create alongside Ackeem and contribute to the traveling mural. The completed artwork will be assembled and exhibited across our communities in September, with the experience also expanding to Florida and Arizona.

What We Are Reading
ALL SEASONS NAPLES David Gardner’s life is a testament to dedication, courage, and quiet heroism. A resident of All Seasons Naples, David served in the United States Air Force from 1962 to 1969, achieving the rank of Captain and working as a Navigator during the Vietnam War. While attending The Ohio State University, David was drafted and chose to enter the Air Force, where he completed Navigator School. His service took him across the country and overseas—from California to Vietnam, and later to Scott Air Force Base in Illinois. Among his most meaningful experiences were rescue missions, where he helped navigate seaplanes landing on open water to save downed airmen. Reflecting on his service, the impact of those missions has stayed with him ever since. Earlier this year, David was selected to participate in CollierLee Honor Flight Mission 29—an experience he describes as unforgettable. Honor Flight is a special program that transports veterans to Washington, D.C., to visit the memorials built in honor of their service and sacrifice. The day began before sunrise and was filled with powerful moments, including visits to the World War II Memorial, the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, the Air Force Memorial, and Arlington National Cemetery. One of the most meaningful highlights for David was witnessing the Changing of the Guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and the opportunity to take part in a wreath-laying ceremony. When asked what being a veteran means to him today, David simply shared, “Having served. Serving is good.” The experience was made even more special by the presence of his family. His son accompanied him as his guardian, and several of his grandchildren were able to meet him in Washington, creating lasting memories together.
Upon returning to Florida, David was met with an outpouring of appreciation, as a large crowd gathered at the airport to welcome the veterans home. It was a powerful reminder of the gratitude so many feel for those who have served. One of David’s favorite moments is captured in a photograph taken at the Air Force Memorial, standing before an inscription that reads: “Saving the lives of your fellow Airmen is the most extraordinary kind of heroism that I know.” For David, these words are deeply personal, reflecting the vital role he played in rescuing fellow airmen during his time in service. We are honored to share David’s story and proud to celebrate his remarkable journey of service, sacrifice, and lasting impact.

The truth is that scams have changed. Years ago, fraudulent schemes were often easier to spot. Today, criminals are sophisticated, patient, and highly skilled at gaining trust. They use technology, but their real weapon isn't a computer; it's human psychology. That's why scam victims aren't just uninformed or inexperienced; some of the most publicized victims have been business executives, attorneys, healthcare professionals, technology experts, and even cybersecurity specialists. Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak has openly shared his experience with fraud. These individuals weren't lacking intelligence. Scammers know many seniors have spent a lifetime building savings, maintaining good credit, and helping others. While the stories may differ, the tactics are often the same. Scammers make contact, build credibility, create a sense of urgency, and pressure people to act before they have time to think or consult someone they trust.
Fortunately, one of the best defenses is also one of the simplest: talk to someone. Before sending money, sharing personal information, or making an unexpected financial decision, pause and seek a second opinion. Reach out to a family member, trusted friend, financial advisor, banker, or member of your community team. Scammers often rely on secrecy and isolation. A quick conversation can provide clarity, reassurance, and sometimes prevent a costly mistake. As technology continues to evolve, so will scams. But by staying informed, remaining cautious, and keeping communication open, we can better protect ourselves and those we care about.
