ARTIST MAG #2

Fringe

Acting Chief Executive Officer

Executive Assistant to Acting CEO
Congratulations on another amazing Adelaide Fringe program, to all the participants; artists, venues, producers, and support crew thank you! Whether this is your first Fringe or a return season, it’s always thrilling to see the diverse mix of new works, test shows and familiar favourites that make up the program. Thank you for putting your stories on our stages and gallery walls, for opening your venues up to artists and collaborating to make this Festival the success that it is. We like to think of Fringe as a universal language, shaped by human experience, one that brings us together to build compassion and empathy, celebrate identity, share laughter and joy in collective community experiences that can change the world and the individuals within it.
Fringe is a community-led Festival and we recognise the importance of every person who contributes to its success and know everybody achieves success differently. There’s no single pathway, no guaranteed outcome, however every step of the way, know you’re not doing it alone. Artist Mag 2 is designed to support you during the festival itself. It’s a reference point for when questions come up, plans change, or you just need to quickly check how something works. Our teams are on the ground, on the phones, in venues and behind the scenes — helping solve problems, answer questions and keep things moving as the season unfolds. We are excited to have FringeWORKS based in Tandanya this year, so can't wait to see you there.
Chookas for a great season!
- Adelaide Fringe Executive Team
