Acts is pleased to invite you to attend the
2026 Acts Leadership Conference. This year’s conference will be held at the Reniassance Tampa International Plaza Hotel in Tampa, Florida from
March 23 to March 26, 2026. Please mark your calendar!
The Acts Leadership Conference Task Force has been working to develop an informative and educational agenda, along with a variety of exciting social events to bring the Acts Leadership Team together for connections and fun. To help you plan for the conference, important details and helpful tips follow.
Travel and Transportation
• For those traveling by air, Dana Harrington (dana.harrington@actslife.org or via TEAMS) from Procurement will contact you to confirm your flight arrangements and assist you in booking your flight.
• If you plan to arrive prior to March 23, or plan to stay after the conference ends on March 26, discuss your plans with Dana at your earliest opportunity.
• The Renaissance Tampa International Plaza Hotel has extended the Acts contracted rate ($289/night plus taxes) to attendees up to 3 days prior to the conference and up to 3 days following the end of the conference at your expense.
• If you are traveling by air, ground transportation to and from the hotel will be arranged.
Hotel Check-in and Charges
• At check-in at the Renaissance Tampa International Plaza Hotel, please acknowledge your association with The Acts Leadership Conference.
• Your room will be reserved under your name. • The daily room charge, excluding extended stays, will be billed directly to Acts .
• All other expenses will be chaged to your personal credit card, which you will need to present when checking in.
Acts Conference Reception Desk
• Representatives of the Acts Leadership Conference Task Force will be available to welcome you at the Acts Conference Reception Desk in the lobby on Monday, March 23, from 11:30 am to 4:30 pm.
• During this time, you can pick up your conference welcome bag.
• If you are unable to collect your bag within these hours, you will receive it on Tuesday morning when the conference begins.
Conference Dress
• Dress for the conference is business casual (ties and sports coats/suits are not required). • Conference rooms can often be chilly, so please plan accordingly. • Please note: for this year we request no jeans during conference sessions, including the final day.

We will provide conference attendees with Acts-branded apparel. As in prior years, you will have a choice of apparel items. Options for apparel and size selection will be available via a separate emailed link. A group picture featuring conference attendees wearing Acts apparel will be part of the program agenda. Average daily temperatures for this time of year in Tampa to range from the low 70s to the mid-80s°F.
Activities & Events

Pre-Conference Activity—Phillies Spring Training Game: Monday, March 23, 12:05 pm vs. Tampa Bay Rays. Tickets are offered on a first come, first served basis. Click on this LINK and respond with your interest by Wednesday, January 28th. If you plan to attend, please ensure you arrive at the hotel by 10:00 am on Monday.
• The Acts Leadership Conference will commence on Monday, March 23rd, with a
welcome reception at 6:00 pm in La Fuente, followed by dinner at 6:30 pm in Pelagia.
• First-time attendees are invited to join the “First Timers” reception at 5:30 pm, also in La Fuente.

On Tuesday, March 24th, we will enjoy a night out on the town, with a selection of restaurants available for sign-up in the coming weeks. Finally, on Wednesday, March 25th, we will conclude our dining experiences with a private dinner cruise.
Conference Communication Microsoft Teams will again serve as the platform for this year’s Leadership Conference; returning attendees may access the existing Acts Leadership Conference team and navigate to the 2026 channel, while new participants will receive a separate email with instructions to join.
