PARENT INFORMATION
Meals at School, Made Simple A simple guide to Lunch Box packages, daily meals and School ID payments
Everything you need to know The school meal service uses the Lunch Box online application. The way it is used depends on whether your child attends Elementary School or Middle & High School.

Choose how you wish to pay Purchase a monthly package, a First Term package up to Christmas, or individual meals on selected days.
The main meal is selected automatically Once a package is active, you do not need to place a daily order.

Change the meal when needed If your child does not like the main meal, access the application and select the available alternative.

Any funds currently available on School ID cards remain valid and may continue to be used until the balance is fully used.
IMPORTANT PAYMENT NOTICE
If no payment is made, meals cannot be provided to children, except in exceptional circumstances.

02 How the two services work Middle and High School students use the same Lunch Box application, which operates in exactly the same way as described for Elementary School. LUNCH BOX

03 Adding funds to the School ID card Make a bank transfer and email the payment receipt. Please state the student’s name clearly on the receipt or in the message. BANK

DEADLINE • 22 DECEMBER 2026
Funds carried over from the previous school year—whether on School ID cards or in Lunch Box accounts—must be used by 22 December 2026.
