Haydn Williams – Formerly director and head of the portrait miniatures, objects of vertu, and Russian Works of Art Department at Sotheby’s, now an independent fine art consultant. Editor and principal author of Enamels of the World 1700–2000 and curator of the related exhibition in 2009–10 at the State Hermitage Museum, St Petersburg. Published Turquerie, An Eighteenth-Century European Fantasy in 2014 and author of several privately printed collection catalogues. Contributor to the catalogue for the exhibition Treasures from the Al Thani Collection at the Palace Museum, Beijing, in 2018.

Numerous publications on the art of the sixteenth to eighteenth century, focal areas: gender research, court art, interiors and chinoiserie. 2014–17 Research project entitled Early Asiatic Works and Chinoiseries at the Saxon Court in Dresden’s Kupferstich-Kabinett (Prints Collection). Curated The Art of the Enlightenment, an exhibition in 2011–12 at the National Museum of China in Beijing. Claudia Bodinek – Trained as a porcelain painter, doctorate in art history. Research work on Meissen porcelain from the eighteenth century and its evaluation in cultural history terms, paying special attention to the graphic sources underpinning its painted decoration.

Thomas Michie – Senior Curator of European Decorative Arts and Sculpture at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, since 2009. Trained in the history of art with degrees from Williams College (A.B.) and Yale University (M.Phil.).
