Lifestyle Program (“Rules”)

General Terms

Lifestyle (‘Lifestyle’, ‘Lifestyle program’ and ‘program’) is provided by A.P.V.C. Nominees Pty Ltd ACN 092 447 946 (‘Developer’), which is the Developer of Accor Vacation Club (“Club”).

The benefits bestowed under the Lifestyle program are provided at the complete discretion of the Developer, which may revoke, modify or add benefits at any time at its discretion without prior notice.

Words in capitals have the meanings set out in these rules.

The current Lifestyle program rules can be obtained from visiting accorvacationclub.com.au

The Lifestyle program is not part of Accor Vacation Club but is a separate fee-based membership program available to Accor Vacation Club Premiere Plus members (‘Premiere Plus member’) who purchase Premiere Points directly from the Developer (these points are known as “Lifestyle Qualified Points”) to provide additional holiday and travel opportunities.

Lifestyle comprises various membership tiers and the benefits obtained through Lifestyle will vary depending on the tier of membership. The current tiers of Lifestyle membership are:

The benefit terms of the Lifestyle program are set out in these Rules. Benefits are also subject to the separate terms and conditions that may be imposed by the benefit provider and may also be subject to change from time to time.

The Developer may refuse to provide any of the benefits listed in this Guide to any Lifestyle member at its complete discretion including but not limited to any Lifestyle member who has any outstanding membership fee or Club fees at the time of booking or use of the Lifestyle benefit.

From time to time, the Developer may make available a discount program for goods and services in conjunction with various business partners (‘Lifestyle Offers’) and, at its sole discretion, may make Lifestyle Offers available to all Lifestyle members including those who do not hold any Lifestyle Qualified Points.

Use of or participation in the Lifestyle program is voluntary and members can opt out of the program at any time. A membership fee or cost may be payable to participate in the program and this fee or cost must be paid in full for membership in the program to remain current. The program is not, and is not intended to be, a product or service offered or provided under the Australian Financial Services (AFS) licence no.245515 held by A.P.V.C. Ltd ACN 093 228 141.

Participation in the Lifestyle program is not necessary to become or continue to be a Member of Accor Vacation Club and has no effect on the use and enjoyment of accommodation and benefits provided by Accor Vacation Club to its Members. Members should not rely on the continued availability, renewal or extension of the Lifestyle program when deciding whether to purchase points in Accor Vacation Club.

When Lifestyle members exchange Lifestyle Qualified Points for products and services provided by the Developer or under the Lifestyle program, Lifestyle members will be required to provide a cleaning entitlement from their annual Accor Vacation Club allocation (“Cleaning Entitlement”) - one for the first 5,000 Lifestyle Qualified Points exchanged, and one for each subsequent 5,000 Lifestyle Qualified Points (or part thereof) exchanged. If no Cleaning Entitlements are available for the exchange, then Lifestyle members will be required to pay a flat

cleaning fee for each Cleaning Entitlement, currently AU $175 for each cleaning entitlement required (this fee is based on the current average housekeeping cost and is subject to change without notice).

1. ALL Accor (‘ALL’) PARTNER BENEFITS:

Lifestyle Classic tier and above members will receive ALL Accor (“ALL”) loyalty program membership which provides access to partner benefits and rewards. See all.accor.com for terms & conditions of the program

The ALL Accor loyalty programme (“ALL”) is a loyalty program operated by Accor SA a public limited company, registered in France (“Accor”). ALL membership enables ALL members to enjoy various benefits when staying at Accor Group hotels which particpate in the ALL programme. 2. ALL EXCLUSIVE OFFERS:

As a member of the ALL Accor (“ALL”) loyalty program, Lifestyle members are entitled to receive ALL exclusive offers. Please see all. accor.com for terms & conditions of the program.

3. FREE WIFI:

As a member of the ALL Accor (“ALL”) loyalty program, members receive complimentary Wi-Fi when staying at participating Accor hotels . See all.accor.com for terms & conditions of the program.

4. ALL MEMBER RATE:

As an ALL Accor (“ALL”) member, Lifestyle members are entitled to receive an ALL member rate when staying at participating Accor hotels, subject to availability. See https://all.accor.com/loyaltyprogram/members-rate/index. en.shtml for further detail.

5. LATE CHECK-OUT:

All ALL Accor (“ALL”) members are entitled to request late checkout, subject to availability at participating Accor hotels. See all. accor.com for terms & conditions of the program.

6. PRIORITY WELCOME:

ALL Accor (“ALL”) members can enjoy priority access at dedicated members’ reception desks at participating Accor hotels.

7. WELCOME DRINK:

As an ALL Accor (“ALL”) member, Lifestyle members will be entitled to receive a welcome drink on arrival at participating Accor hotels. Please see all.accor.com for terms & conditions of the program.

8. ALL Accor+ Explorer - Global Member Privileges (Gold Membership):

Lifestyle Classic and Premium members will be issued with ALL Accor+ Explorer Global Member Privileges membership which provides exclusive benefits at participating restaurants and hotels throughout Asia Pacific. This membership does not include any free or complimentary accommodation. Benefits, terms & conditions of the Accor Plus program are available at https:// www.accorplus.com/au/benefits/

9. ALL POINT EXCHANGE:

Lifestyle Premium members and above can exchange Lifestyle Qualified Points for ALL Reward Points. The rate of exchange and the maximum number of points permitted for exchange is set out in the following table (subject to change from time to time):

Only current Lifestyle Qualified Points can be exchanged, no Bonus points or Lifestyle Qualified Points borrowed from a subsequent year will be accepted for this benefit.

Lifestyle Qualified Points must have a validity of at least 11 months from the date of exchange. In addition, a Cleaning Entitlement(s) must be provided to the Developer based on the number of Lifestyle Qualified Points exchanged. One Cleaning Entitlement is required for the first 4,999 Lifestyle Qualified Points and one for each subsequent 5,000 Lifestyle Qualified Points (or part thereof). If no Cleaning Entitlements are available at the time of exchange, then Lifestyle members will be required to pay a flat housekeeping fee calculated at AU $175 (subject to change) for each Cleaning Entitlement required. Members must contact the Accor Vacation Club Lifestyle team or complete the online exchange form on the Accor Vacation Club website to arrange an ALL Reward Point Exchange.

Once Lifestyle Qualified Points have been exchanged to ALL Reward Points, the transaction cannot be reversed or reverted back to Lifestyle Qualified Points. ALL Reward Points will appear in the member’s ALL account within 10 business days from the date the exchange transaction is finalised. 10. CONVERT 25% OF POINTS TO ALL REWARD POINTS:

Lifestyle Premium members can exchange up to 25% of their total Lifestyle Qualified Points every Anniversary Year to ALL Reward Points. Refer to Rule 9 for details.

11. EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT

Lifestyle Traveller and above members with ALL Accor (“ALL”) loyalty program membership, are

entitled to request early checkin or late check-out, subject to availability at participating Accor hotels. See all.accor.com for terms & conditions of the program.

12. SPECIAL MEMBER EVENTS:

Lifestyle Traveller and above members will be entitled to attend special member events held by the Developer from time to time on invitation. Events may require the exchange of Lifestyle Qualified Points or be limited in numbers. Full details of the events will be provided in the invitation.

13. TWO ADDITIONAL ANNUAL CLEANING ENTITLEMENTS:

Lifestyle Traveller members will be entitled to two additional annual Cleaning Entitlements per Club Membership Year in addition to their annual Club allocation. The additional Cleaning Entitlements will expire at the end of the Club Membership Year and unused Lifestyle issued Cleaning Entitlements will not carry forward to future years.

14. DEDICATED PRIORITY VIP CONCIERGE LINE:

Lifestyle Traveller and above members will have access to a dedicated priority VIP concierge service to assist with Lifestyle membership and reservations enquiries. Contact details can be found on page 20 of this Program Guide.

15. ALL POINT EXCHANGE (TRAVELLER)

Lifestyle Traveller members can exchange 1 Lifestyle Qualified Point for 8 ALL Reward Points subject to annual limits. See Rule 9 for further information.

16. CONVERT 50% OF POINTS TO ALL REWARD POINTS:

Lifestyle Traveller members can exchange up to 50% of their total Lifestyle Qualified Points to ALL Reward Points. Refer to Rule 9 for details.

17. CLUB CONNECT

LLifestyle Traveller members and above have access to properties owned by Accor Vacation Club Asia Pacific, via an exchange agreement between the Developer and the Developer of Accor Vacation Club Asia Pacific. Members exchange their Lifestyle Qualified Points based on the point charts set by the Accor Vacation Club Asia

Pacific. In addition, a Cleaning Entitlement(s) must be provided to the Developer based on the number of Lifestyle Qualified Points exchanged. One Cleaning Entitlement is required for the first 4,999 Lifestyle Qualified Points and one for each subsequent 5,000 Lifestyle Qualified Points (or part thereof).

If no Cleaning Entitlements are available at the time of exchange, then Lifestyle members will be required to pay a flat housekeeping fee calculated at AU $175 (subject to change) for each Cleaning Entitlement required. Members must contact the Accor Vacation Club Lifestyle team or complete the online exchange form on the Accor Vacation Club website to arrange an ALL Reward Point Exchange.

Club Connect bookings can only be made 8 months prior to the requested date of arrival and are subject to availability.

When exchanging into with Club Connect, Lifestyle Members must abide by the rules and guidelines of the club with which you have booked. You may also be liable for additional occupancy taxes, fees or charges as imposed by local governments but any such fees will be advised at the time of booking.

18. FOUR ADDITIONAL ANNUAL CLEANING ENTITLEMENTS:

Lifestyle Diamond members will be entitled to four additional annual Cleaning Entitlements per Club Membership Year in addition to their annual Club allocation. The additional Cleaning Entitlements will expire at the end of the Club Membership Year and unused Lifestyle issued Cleaning Entitlements will not carry forward to future years.

19.ALL POINT EXCHANGE (DIAMOND)

Lifestyle Diamond members can exchange 1 Lifestyle Qualified Point for 10 ALL Reward Points subject to annual limits. See Rule 9 for further information.

20. CONVERT 50% OF POINTS TO ALL REWARD POINTS:

Lifestyle Diamond members can exchange up to 50% of their total Lifestyle Qualified Points each Anniversary Year to ALL Reward Points. Refer to Rule 9 for details.

21. SIX ADDITIONAL ANNUAL CLEANING ENTITLEMENTS:

Lifestyle Elite members will be entitled to six additional annual Cleaning Entitlements per Club Membership Year in addition to their annual Club allocation. The additional Cleaning Entitlements will expire at the end of the Club Membership Year and unused Lifestyle issued Cleaning Entitlements will not carry forward to future years.

22. ALL REWARD POINT EXCHANGE (ELITE)

Lifestyle Elite members can exchange 1 Lifestyle Qualified Point for 10 ALL Reward Points subject to annual limits. See Rule 9 for further information.

23. CONVERT 60% OF POINTS TO ALL REWARD POINTS:

Lifestyle Elite members can exchange up to 60% of their total Lifestyle Qualified Points each Anniversary Year to ALL Reward Points. Refer to Rule 9 for details.

Developer Offer - Non Qualified Points

The Developer may offer Lifestyle membership to Club members who do not hold Lifestyle Qualified Points. On receipt of payment of an initial membership fee, the Developer may agree to qualify all Club points held to Lifestyle Qualified Points. The program entry price is currently AU$15,000 (plus GST) however the Developer is entitled to offer special discounts or alternative methods of membership from time to time at its discretion.
