My love for photography lay dormant for thirty-eight years until my young son, fascinated with computers and technological devices, urged me to buy an iPhone because it had a camera (unlike my Blackberry). Unbeknownst to me, that would reignite that love in 2013, and for two years, I used my iPhone’s camera for my work, until 2015 when I purchased my first Nikon DSLR.
These days I am passionate about “seeing” and capturing photos that create deep feelings and thoughts in those that view my work. My goal is for my work to elicit feelings and thoughts in them so that they walk away from the experience positively changed and feeling differently than before they saw my photo(s).
