Principal’s Press It is hard to believe that we are approaching the halfway point of the school year. With the holidays upon us, we at Fairfield High School wish you and your family joy and peace! The holiday season is a perfect time to reflect on our accomplishments and our blessings! Please help us celebrate a few of our students, groups, and organizations that went above and beyond this first half of the school year. •

Congratulations to the Fairfield High School Marching Band! They performed at OMEA State Finals and earned a Superior rating (the highest possible) from EVERY JUDGE in EVERY CATEGORY! Congratulations to the FHS Drama Department for their performance in the One Act Festival. Congratulations to Kennedy Ostendorf, on being named Volleyball GMC Player of the Year! Congratulations to Nihar Patel for being nominated to the CADCA National Mental Health Awareness Committee. Nihar will get the opportunity to head to Washington D.C. with a handful of high school students to speak to Congress about mental health awareness.
