This because we ar e still in the form ative stage of development. The time will come when mor e se rio us a nd m or e lite rary s ubjects will predominate in o ur publications. The Grand Council Meeting. T h e first call ed meeting of t h e Grand Coun cil of Acacia was h eld at Ch ampaig·n, Illin ois, on Apr il r2th and r3th. The Co un cil h eld its m eet ing at Heth Chapte r House. We wer e s how n every courtesy by th e brothers at Illi nois.
