PAYMENT TERMS
Reservation will be considered guaranteed as per receipt of signed and stamped offer, as well as per receipt of Credit Card authorization form which will be used as a guarantee. In addition, reservation will be considered guaranteed as per receipt of copy of payment 10% of reservation estimated total value within 3 working day after offer signing.

All differences are due to be paid not later than 7 days from the date of issuing final invoice from hotel with obligatory credit card guarantee.
First advance payment is non-refundable.
Organizer agrees to pay full costs of bank transfers, exchange differences, etc.

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION TERMS
From 90 to 45 days prior to guest arrival Organizer can cancel up to 30% of Room Block per night without any cancelation penalties. For every room exceeding this percentage the Organizer will be charged for the full amount for the entire stay
From 44 to 30 days prior to guest arrival Organizer can cancel up to 20% of the reviewed Room Block per night without any cancelation penalties. For every room exceeding this percentage the Organizer will be charged for the full amount for the entire stay.
From 29 to 7 days prior to guest arrival Organizer can cancel up to 10% of the reviewed Room Block per night without any cancelation penalties. For every room exceeding this percentage the Organizer will be charged for the full amount for the entire stay
6-1 days prior to guest arrival Organizer can’t cancel any room without cancelation penalties. For every cancelled room the Organizer will be charged by HUP-ZAGREB d.d. for the 100% accommodation amount (for the entire reserved period).
Cancellations within 24 hours, no-show rooms or earlier departure will be charged by Novotel Zagreb for the 100% accommodation amount (for the entire reserved period).
All delayed arrivals must be duly communicated to the Hotel. Otherwise, Hotel will cancel the entire reservation for a no-show guest and the Organizer will be charged by Novotel Zagreb for the 100% accommodation amount (for the entire reserved period).
In case of cancellation of the contracted conference & banqueting services, the Hotel will charge the Organizer:
60% of the estimated Master account in case the event is cancelled 90-45 days prior to the event.
70% of the estimated Master account in case the event is cancelled 44-30 days prior to the event.
80% of the estimated Master account in case the event is cancelled 29-11 days prior to the event.
100% of the estimated Master account in case the event is cancelled 10-0 days prior to the event.
The final number of servings is to be defined and confirmed by Organizator in written at least 11 days before the event. According to this final confirmation Hotel will proceed with all operational preparation of event and any subsequent increase or reduction in the number of servings will be a matter of availability on request.

DELIVERY OF FINAL ROOMING LIST
Final rooming list is to be delivered no later than 7 days prior to guests arrival In exceptional cases Hotel remains the right to request final rooming list earlier than 7 days prior guests arrival.
DELIVERY OF PROMOTIONAL AND OTHER MATERIALS
The delivery of promotional conference materials and/or documents from a foreign country the hotel is the destination and not the recipient of packages. All customs duties and transportation are the responsibility of the client.
FINAL PROGRAM
We kindly ask you to send us the final program not later than 14 days before group’s arrival.
DISPUTE
In the case of a dispute the contracting parties agree to make every effort to resolve the dispute themselves, but if this is not possible, the competent court shall be the court in Zagreb.
