Education & Training Hands down, we are the most educated, trained & experienced balloon & fabric draping company in East Tennessee. Since 2006, Dianna has attended an average of 3 multiple day hands-on training workshops, courses, and conventions annually (over 2,000 hours of training.) Dianna is a member of balloon industry wide training groups and serves as a mentor in some. She has taught at several industry conventions. (List available upon request) Employees have received intensive training. Staff attends industry conferences for additional professional training to expand our company skills. Staff is fully insured and even scissors-lift certified.
Experience Founded in 2006, we are indeed the Premier (FIRST), the most experienced and longest running balloon & luxury fabric draping company in East Tennessee, and have served UT almost from the beginning. Innovative! We have designed, created, and installed decor from small individual deliveries to large-scale galas bringing joy and stress relief to corporations, schools, non-profits, and private events in Knox County, surrounding counties and beyond, including participation in the largest balloon build in the US and one in Brussels. We've traveled often out of state to decorate for clients nationwide.

We listen carefully and then provide our expert advise and direction to best serve you.
Do you provide fabric draping service? Yes. For 20 years, we’ve specialized in luxury fabric draping that transforms spaces with elegance and impact. Our curated inventory includes hundreds of yards of premium white, ivory, black, and gray/silver fabrics, along with select statement colors and subtle sequins. All fabrics are fire-retardant with certification and can be installed up to 18 feet high. Custom colors are available to perfectly complement your vision.

Education & Training - We are the most educated and trained balloon and fabric draping company in East Tennessee. Since 2006, Dianna has attended an average of 3-5 multiple day, hands-on training workshops, courses and conventions. Dianna regularly attends advanced, hands-on industry trainings and has taught at national conventions. Our team is professionally trained and fully Certified Scissor Lift operators. Experience - As East Tennessee’s longest-running balloon company, we’ve proudly served UT for over 18 years, designing décor for everything from intimate deliveries to large-scale galas. Certification - Woman-Owned, GO-DBE business, Approved Qualified Supplier for UT and State of Tennessee. Dianna is a CBA, (Certified Balloon Artist, one of 4,000 in the world, holding this distinction the majority of Above the Rest operation.
What is the Delivery/Set up Service? A client favorite! Enjoy a seamless, worry-free experience—no transporting, no popped balloons, no stress. We handle delivery and setup for you. Fees vary by location, access, timing, and décor size, with campus deliveries starting at $75. Early morning, late night, Sunday, and holiday deliveries are considered Premium Service. Studio pickup is available for select smaller items.
What is the Breakdown/Strike Service Fee? Another client favorite! Our Breakdown Service lets you leave early and relax while we handle everything—removing all décor, including heavy base plates and framing. Pricing varies by location, access, timing, and décor size, with campus breakdowns starting at $95. Early morning, late night, Sunday, and holiday service are considered Premium Service.
May we do the Breakdown ourselves? Yes—with one exception. Student Union events require our team to handle breakdown per venue policy. For other locations, clients may self-breakdown to save the fee by removing all balloons and returning all base plates, poles, and framing within 24 hours to our studio at 1501 Ebenezer Road. If we’re unavailable, items may be left on the porch.
