Our home is where we live, breathe, sleep and where our children and pets grow up. Naturally, we want our indoor environment to promote comfort and health. That’s why we’ve made our floors phthalate-free.
The floors in this guide require minimal maintenance and are made of waterproof material. The ceramic coating provides a smooth surface so also makes the floors resistant to daily wear and tear, preventing the floor from getting ingrained with dirt and grime.

Details are important to us as they are to you, such as; beautiful colour hues, large plank sizes, pattern designs, soft bevel edges & graining texture. We create our floors in different grades from calm to rustic allowing you to choose your own style to suit your home.
Details on the surface are where we bring our expertise; highlighting knots, sealing the surface with an Ultra Matt finish to replicate the soft sheen of an oiled floor and protected by our unique ceramic coating. It is a given we also make our floors soft underfoot and quiet to walk on.

Colour tones
We have worked hard to describe every detail on the colour tones on each of our floor designs, where we explain details around the base colour, undertones and the main hues. What ever colour scheme you are designing we have a floor to finish it off.
Ultra matt finish
It is amazing how a single floor can vary when different finishes are applied. Love the current popular dead flat paint appearance? Then select one of our floors where we highlight it has an Ultra Matt sheen finish which has around a 3% sheen level, making the floor feel and look as if it was made from newly sawn timber.
Brushed texture
By using the most advanced EIR technology we can bring depth to the surface of the floor creating a slightly brushed textured finish, so look out for products where we highlighted they are EIR Embossed.

All the floors shown in this guide come with the highest level of chemical testing, below we explain what each Eco test certificate covers for your peace of mind.
The M1 emission class is a Finnish certification for building materials, including flooring, signifying low emissions of volatile organise compounds (VOCs) into the indoor air. Products with the M1 label are considered to have very low emissions and contribute to a healthier indoor environment.
FloorScore is an indoor air quality (IAQ) certification for flooring. It signifies that a product has been independently tested and meets strict standards for volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions, ensuring it contributes to healthier indoor air.
The “A+” eco label for flooring measures indoor air quality. An A+ rating, the highest possible, signifies that the flooring emits minimal to no pollutants, contributing to healthier indoor air.

Our product features
Ceramic coating
Most LVT’s sold in UK come with a low-quality PU coating offering little resistant to dirt and stains, our ceramic coating ensures our floors are scratch, dirt and stain resistant.
Acoustic underlay
Apart from our 120 x 720 x 5mm herringbones all our Click LVT floors come with an acoustic underlay achieving up to 20DBs, ensuring that they are not only soft underfoot but quiet to walk on.
Warranties
We offer a 30-year warranty for our 0.7mm wear layer designs, 20 years for our 0.55mm designs & 10 years for our 0.3mm designs.
Easy fit
All our Click products are designed to be easy to fit, with little preparation or waiting time after installation. Our Click products if correctly installed around doorways do not need a threshold bar at doorways.
Soft micro bevel
All our LVT floors feature a soft micro bevel that ensures each plank or tile stands out whilst creating no issues with maintenance or cleaning.
Brushed features
EIR embossing technology creates a textured almost gentle brushing effect to create an authentic look and feel to our wood Plank & Pattern designs.
Phthalate free
All our LVT floors are Phthalate free supporting better indoor air quality.
Waterproof material
All our LVT floors are made from waterproof material and suited for all rooms in the home including bathrooms, kitchens & hallways.
For under floor heating
All our LVT floors are warranted for all types of under floor heating systems including electric and water-pump systems.
Conservatory friendly
Our Gluedown designs can be installed into large sunrooms or conservatories by using special heat sensitive adhesive without any issues. Our Click products can also be installed into sunrooms and conservatories if the heat is regulated.
Low sheen
Some of our LVT designs feature our Ultra Matt finish ensuring one of the lowest sheen levels in the market.

Clean, calm and elegant – or rustic, rich in patina, knots and cracks? Kährs offers a selection of different designs, each with a unique character.
Our calm grade designs are where you will find floors that have a clean calm grade wood design, achieving a sophisticated look in any interior.

GLUEDOWN DESIGNS
Our Gluedown wood & stone formats allow you to create your own design floor. You can easily add in feature borders and work with different pattern designs due to the construction format.
Gluedown formats are warranted for all rooms within the home including large sunrooms or conservatories and are suitable for any type of under floor heating system. Due to being glued to the subfloor, Gluedown format constructions require no expansion details and can be installed directly up to walls.
CLICK DESIGNS
Our Rigid click wood & stone designs allow you to install a floor without any adhesive. All our Click designs apart from our 120 x 720 x 5mm herringbones, come with an integrated soundproof and waterproof underlay providing you with one of the quietest floors to walk on in the market in addition to being soft underfoot.
Our click designs require a small expansion detail that can be hidden by one of our matching mouldings. The Click designs come the latest technology in locking joint systems that guarantees your floor will not gap and can be easily uplifted and relayed if need be.
Click formats are warranted for all rooms within the home including large sunrooms or conservatories where the room temperature is regulated. All Click formats are suitable for any type of under floor heating system.
