HOW DO I GET STARTED? Contact your A&K Agency Sales Manager or A&K’s dedicated Group Travel Team to discuss available journeys and dates. Start with a destination and date that works for a core group of travellers and build from there.

WHEN SHOULD I START MARKETING AND HOW CAN A&K ASSIST? The earlier you start, the better – typically 12-18 months out. A&K can create a co-branded digital flyer to market your group.

WHAT JOURNEYS ARE AVAILABLE FOR GROUPS? Group space varies by journey and is based on availability. You can also add pre- and post-tour extensions.

WILL MY GROUP BE PRIVATE?

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO MARKET MY GROUP BEFORE I HAVE TO MAKE A DEPOSIT? We will typically put a courtesy hold on group space for 30-60 days before a signed contract and deposit are required. This depends on your travel date and sales demand.

HOW ARE INDIVIDUAL GUEST BOOKINGS HANDLED? When your client is ready to book, contact your dedicated Group Travel Consultant to process the deposit. All bookings are subject to A&K’s terms and conditions.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE COMPLIMENTARY SPACE? Includes internal air where applicable. International air, insurance and extra services are not included.
