We have wanted to do this guide for some time, as nothing like this exists in Spanish or in English, until now.Jan Edwards and I have been gaining kilos, in our mission to try as many restaurants as possible, so we could give you an insiders’ guide to the best restaurants on the island.Food is, of course, a very subjective topic and it is very difficult to please everyone, but we have certainly tried our best to provide factual, honest, experiential-based reviews, offering a good mix of restaurants for every taste, style, budget, location etc.
