The roots of water is the design thesis of Janneke Eggins, Giorgio Cucut and Jie He at the Architectural Association within the Landscape Urbanism Programme. It explores the concept of Prototypical Urbanities in Huairou, part of the metropolitan area of Beijing within the context of the rapid urbanisation undergoing in China.
