TEAM REPORT
SPRING 2025
Baseball, Books and Lifelong Learning Just as a building needs a strong, solid foundation, we have built the ALL RISE Foundation on a strong Mission “to inspire children and youth to become responsible citizens by engaging them in activities that encourage them to reach unlimited possibilities”. Backing up this Mission, we live by comprehensive components that guide us as we make decisions on our initiatives and programs. Note that in many of the stories in our Team Report, you will see a ‘baseball mit’, along with the comprehensive component that aligns with that story. This combination has solidified the strength and purpose of all that we do as we continue to grow and engage with our youth. When new opportunities come to us, a simple review of our mission and these comprehensive components remind us to pause, reflect where the opportunity fits, and make good, quality decisions. Reading and Literacy, one of our comprehensive components, has become an area where we continue to grow and are committed to developing life-long learners through inspiring programs that resonate with students. One inspiring program is the ALL RISE Summer Book Club, set to begin June 3rd. The Book Club was launched in the summer of 2023 with approximately 150 readers and tripled in size in 2024! The 2025 Summer Book Club begins in June, and we ask you to share this great summer activity with the students in your family and circle of friends. We need your help to reach our goal of 600 readers! Books have been selected for the various grade levels, and details can be found on page 3. The majority of our programs and initiatives are held in three regions, San Joaquin County, California, where Aaron grew up; Fresno County, California where Aaron attended college, and Bronx, New York, home of your beloved Yankees. We recently hosted virtual author visits at schools in both California and New York. These virtual author visits are not only educational but encouraging for the students. We look forward to recognizing and celebrating students at the next Bronx Education All-Star Day (BEAD) at Yankee Stadium, and hosting the Aaron Judge ALL RISE ProCamp in the Bronx this summer. Fresno State Bulldog baseball game in April. Past Mini-Grant recipients from this region were invited to enjoy an afternoon of baseball while meeting and connecting with each other and the Foundation board members and team members. We will host a similar event with the Stockton Ports on Saturday, July 26th for San Joaquin region recipients. Details of past, and upcoming events can be found on pages 3 and 4. Through all the planning of events and initiatives, we are certainly grateful to all who support and encourage us. The ALL RISE Executive Board has laid out the direction, and our Marketing Team works hard to keep you informed and involved. To learn more, follow us on all social media platforms and visit us at AaronJudgeALLRISEfoundation.org. We encourage you to find areas where you can engage with us, and together we can encourage youth to reach unlimited possibilities.
