The 38th Annual State Convention is taking place Friday, October 24 – Sunday, October 26, 2025, at the Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort on the island of O‘ahu, Hawai‘i.
This year’s theme, “The Fierce Urgency of Now,” reminds us that justice delayed is justice denied. We’re building the future together—from demanding civil rights to celebrating Black culture. Freedom fighters, culture creators, and community leaders will gather this October to shape the Black agenda and drive action across California and Hawai‘i.
