This collection is a continuation of the Spring/Summer "Elira" project, inspired by the bold styles of the 1980s and incorporating themes related to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). It explores ASD awareness through design, with the central idea being: “Every person is to be loved despite their differences.”
The collection features 80s-inspired garments such as varsity jackets, cropped jackets, pleated skirts, pants, and ruffled sleeves. The color palette is based on the ASD spectrum wheel, blending bold and light tones.
Print designs were inspired by my cousin, who is differently abled, and were transformed into digital artworks.
Luxury fabrics such as raw silk, polywood cotton, and pleated chiffon are used, with tailored pieces incorporating ruffles and pleats.
The collection is envisioned to align with high-end brands like Louis Vuitton, Versace, and Tommy Hilfiger, showcasing innovation in prints and garment construction.
