ONE LOUDOUN CONDOS

One Loudoun Condos is located in Ashburn, VA. The building is 5-stories high with a garage located on the first floor and residential above. The building has a height of 79'-8 3/4" with up to 37 units. My role was to develop the sets up to CD in Revit. I worked on the entire set including, but not limited to, egress plans, wall types, modeling units, checking code clearances and various details. In addition I was charged with the material study, mock up drawings and building sign design options. In this project I worked with various consultants to coordinate the set and distributed the work among the team members and reported to the PM.

TheCambriainSanJoseprojectisahotelwithvariouspublicspacesandanattachedgaragelocatedinSanJose,CA.Thebuildingis10-storyhotel(up toaheightof120feet)withupto175guestrooms.Uniquetothisprojectwasthattheconferenceroomsandtherestaurantwerelocatedonthe10thfloor insteadofthegroundfloorlikemanyotherprojects.MyrolewastoassistindevelopingthesetsuptoDDinRevit.Iworkedontheentiresetincluding, butnotlimitedto,doorschedules,interiorelevations,guestroomlayouts,accessoryschedulesandvariousdetailingefforts.

TheCambriainMorrisontownprojectisahotelwithvariouspublicspaceslocatedinMorristown,NJ.Thebuildingisonaverytightsitewithexisting buildingsonbothsides.Onebuildinghasasharedwallwithnosharedaccesswhiletheotherbuildinghasfullaccessbetweenthem.Inadditionthe existingbuildingusestheCambriaforegresstotheoutside.Arequirementoftheprojectwasthattheaestheticshastomatchtheexistingneighborhood sostrictadherancetopresetstandardswasobserved.Myroleontheprojectwastodeveloptheexteriorfacadeandmodeltheexistingconditions includingtopography.Thisincludedexteriorelevationsandvariousexteriordetailingfortheset.

The Cambria in Morrisontown project is a hotel with various public spaces located in Morristown, NJ. The building is on a very tight site with existing buildings on both sides. One building has a shared wall with no shared access while the other building has full access between them. In addition the existing building uses the Cambria for egress to the outside. A requirement of the project was that the aesthetics has to match the existing neighborhood so strict adherence to preset standards was observed. My role on the project was to develop the exterior facade and model the existing conditions including topography. This included exterior elevations and various exterior detailing for the set.
