Congratulations on streamlining the way you make and market verified impact with 4ocean This guide will walk you through how to create, track, and share your brand’s impact using your new Impact Portal
Below, you’ll learn how to:

Access live data and verified evidence for the impact you ’ ve created
Whether you ’ re just getting started or scaling an existing partnership, this guide will help you make the most of your Impact Portal experience from setup to storytelling.
ACCOUNT CREATION
To get started, you’ll need to create or login to your Impact Portal Account. Account Creation is easy simply head to the unique URL provided by 4ocean, verify your email* and input billing information.
Remember: This is a single user login, so it’s recommended to use a shared inbox.
+ Don’t forget to bookmark your Login tab so that you can easily access your impact!
PROJECT SELECTION
The next step in onboarding is to select your Impact Project. 4ocean has created project listing(s) that outline the initiatives your business can support Each listing includes the type of impact project, the cost per impact unit and the required monthly minimum impact
If you do not make the monthly minimum commitment through integrated impact or custom impact, the monthly minimum commitment (or difference) will automatically be added to your invoice
INTEGRATIONS
Your portal integrates with hundreds of different platforms allowing you to tie impact to nearly every business action Whether you want to make impact for every 5 star review, meeting booked, or online order, the Integrations tab is where you will make it happen!
Need a Custom Integration?
The Custom Integration option allows you to “order” impact a la carte Whether you want to set up a recurring amount, or make a one-time input upfront, the Custom Integration option allows you to make impact on demand.

Our Shopify Integration gives powered by Ecodrive brands the most customization options for integrating impact. Check out the full configuration guide to learn more.
WORKSPACE TOOLS - BANNER BUILDER
Now that you ’ ve selected your project and set up your integration, it’s time to share the good news with your community!
The Banner Builder allows you to easily customize text, colors and icons to support your brand guidelines Simply click the component tile at the top of the builder tool and customize to your liking

4ocean has customized this page to support their brand guidelines all that’s left for you to do is drop in your logo, add two lines of header text, and click Publish!

The Marketing Resources section of your Impact Portal is your go-to library for brandapproved assets and storytelling support Here, you’ll find downloadable logos, badges, and icons that make it easy to share your verified impact across your website, social media, and other marketing channels all pre-approved and aligned with 4ocean’s guidelines We have also loaded up assets and resources for you in this easy to access ISSUU Reader
Beyond visuals, this section also includes Marketing Strategy Guides step-by-step playbooks designed to help you communicate your impact with clarity and confidence Whether you ’ re launching a campaign, sharing updates with your community, or highlighting milestones in your sustainability reports, these guides provide best practices and real examples to help you turn your data into stories that inspire.
