INGREDIENTS: • 4 chicken breast fillets • 1 tbsp Vegeta All purpose Seasoning • 1 onion (100g) • 40g butter • 1 tbsp turmeric • Salt • Ground black pepper • 100ml cooking cream • 150g canned pineapple • 200g long grain rice • 2 tbsp almond flates
Fry onion until golden, return chicken to pan, fry briefly, add a little warm water and sauté for 10 minutes. Add in turmeric, cooking cream and salt and pepper to taste. Finally add sliced pineapple. Serve chicken with sauce with cooked rice sprinkled with almond flates and mint. Chef’s Tip: Lemon juice and lemon quarters will make the chicken juicy and keep the meat texture firm.
