Our trainers rely on a variety of practical, fun and interactive activities that may include case studies, team exercises and role plays.
THE BENEFITS The aim of this three day workshop is to recognize and understand the role of the supervisor/team leader as a role model, facilitator, coach and coordinator. Additionally, it will give participants a chance to understand the features of team roles and responsibilities, and how to use these when leading the team. It then builds individual skills in understanding motivation, communication, delegation, giving & receiving feedback, and mediation.
