Reporting to the SACCOS Board, the job holder is responsible for day to day Management of the society’s operations. PURPOSE The office holder is the In-charge overall Manager cum Accountant and administrative Officer who manages the SACCOS activities in collaboration with the SACCOS Board. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for the management, development and maintenance of high performance team by providing good leadership and effective supervision and guidance of staff members in his/her charge Responsible for the organization’s investments and management of balanced investment portfolio. Provide support to all other functions to enhance organization goals. Ensure proper planning and forecasting of SACCOS operations. Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on performance of the SACCOS to the Board.

Ensure all transactions are accurately done, recorded and properly filed (manually/computerized? Competencies. Ensure preparation and verification of monthly statement for the members and keeping records for all the members. Ensure communication and promotion of the society as well as the business development. Participate in and supervise the society operations in keeping the books complying with applicable rules and standards, credit management and management of physical resources etc. Performing any other duties as directed by the Management Board from time to time. Required Academic and Professional qualifications Qualifications:
Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic environment. Ability to multi-task prioritizing and works under tight deadlines. Age limits The applicant must be of age between 35 - 50 years.
