North West Suffolk Breeders Club Show at North West Auctions Lancaster There was a fabulous turnout of sheep on Saturday with Alan Blair (Thornfleet flock) doing tremendously well winning Best Male, Best Female and Reserve Champion with a Tup Lamb as well as a fantastic Ewe taking the Championship. The Sheep were under the eye of their Judge Tom Fitzsimon (Sunnyhills Flock) who had the tricky job of casting his expert eye over some top quality sheep. The two sheep he chose were both excellent examples of the breed. Keith Denby won the Aged Tup class for the 3rd year running with the same Tup, Carnforth Patriot. Alan Blair won the Tup Lamb, Aged Ewe, Lamb with Best Gigot and Group of 3 classes. Geoff Richmond won the Shearling Ewe class and Andrew Bailey won the Ewe Lamb class. The two young handler winners in different age categories were Robert Denby and Harry Collier.
