POULTRY Feathers were flying ‘eggstraordinary’ at Junction 36 Auction’s clucking brilliant poultry sale. Eager buyers flocked to peck out the best deals and let me tell you they weren’t chicken about bidding high for top notch birds. From rare breeds that really ru led feathers to plump hens that were ‘eggstra’ special, the atmosphere was ‘hen-sational’. Roosters were strutting their stu , bantams were causing a bit of a flap and the bidding was no yolk! It was a cracking day that truly ruled the roost.
