NWA Architectural LAKE DISTRICT NATIONAL PARK CALL FOR DEVELOPMENT SITES The Lake District National Park Authority are reviewing their development land allocations maps and are requesting landowners get in touch with areas of land for consideration for housing or commercial or industrial development. Any land use can be put forward, camping barns, camping pods, houses, etc. This is part of a regular review of land use that planning authorities are legally obliged to undertake. The process is quite straightforward and requires landowners to notify the authority of available land, the extent of that land, likely or suggested uses and other details. We can prepare the required information for you for any area of land within the National Park however large or small. Land could be for a single house or a whole estate. It could be for a small office building, series of garages for lock-up stores or an industrial estate. Please contact Greg Gilding 015395 66248 or 0796999 4945 for an informal discussion of your land or to arrange a site visit to assess the potential. The initial discussion or site visit is free of charge and will enable us to assess the likelihood of an allocation being successful. You really have nothing to lose but no time to wait. This process closes on 2nd June this year so it is a very short opportunity to investigate and submit an area of land for allocation for development. This is not a planning application it is a proposal by landowners for the planning authority to consider development land in their area. Planning consent will still need to be applied for. This process also applies to the new areas of the National Park. e. info@nwauctions.co.uk t. 01524 63308 (Lancaster) t. 015395 66200 (J36 Kendal)
