5 삼겹지에 연필로 선들을 수백번 그어내면, 한지에 요철이 생긴다. 연필의 경로는 자체로 써 비워지며, 이는 겉에 밀려진 한지, 즉 부산물들을 만들어낸다. 무목적성의 레이어들 은 축적되어 선들로 표현되고, 이는 박서보가 이뤄낸 수신의 과정을 온전히 담아낸 실 체적 형상이다. - 권태를 모르는 위대한 노동자 중에서 -

7 유흥시설과 어떤 의미인지 조차 모르겠는 왕생이길. 일반주거와 공원. 그리 고 카페. 이 사이트는 그 자체로 혼돈과 같다. 주거와 상업이 격렬히 충돌하는 이 공간은 무엇을 만들어줘야 하는지부터 고민해봐야 한다. 삼산 디자인거리에서부터 이어지는 문화의거리 축과 왕생이길 뒤의 녹축이 서로 만난다면, 그리고 여러 프로그램들이 충돌하는 공간이라면, 단순히 채 워넣는 걸로써는 해결책이 될 수가 없다. 오히려 혼란만 더 가중시킬 것이다. 채우는 것이 힘들다면, 비움으로써 채워넣는 것은 어떠할까. 빽빽한 글보다, 잠시 쉬어갈 수 있는. 마치 쉼표와 같은 공간. 조금 덜어낼 수 있는, 마치 박 서보의 공간색과 같은 건축은 어울리지 않을까. 비움으로써 채움에 도달한다는 것. 요철적 수신의 형상화. 박서보가 선의 반복을 통해 비움에 도달하려 했던 것. 이를 따른다. 상업과 주거가 격렬히 충돌하는 아나키적 공간은, 비움으로 재탄생한다. 비워짐은 새로운 두개의 축, 푸름의 축과 문화의 축을 온전히 담아내고, 이는 충돌을 상쇄시키며 모든 것들을 포용한다. 이후, 이런 공들 사이에 존재하는 채움은, 박서보의 작품, 즉 수신이 담긴 공 간으로 마련되어 미술작들을 감상할 수 있는 공간으로 마련되고, 주변 컨택 스트의 상황에 맞춰 채워짐 속의 공간의 성격들은 분화되는 동시에 또 다시 공과 엮이며 서로 소통한다.

9 무정체성의 공간에 걸맞게, 차후에 어떠한 성격의 공간이 들어서더라도 대응 할 수 있는 입면이 필요했다. 따라서, 모든 것을 포용할 수 있는 박서보 특유 의 질감을 입면에 담담히 담아냈고, 상부는 가로연속성을 보장할 수 있게 컨 텍스트와 줄을 맞춰 선들을 이어줬으며, 하부는 완벽히 비워 ‘공기색’을 통 해 미술관 자체가 흡입력을 가질 수 있게 만들었다. 박서보의 요철을 평면에 적극적으로 사용했다. 그 결과 고형부 사이에 존재 하는 틈들이 공허부와 연결되었고, 이는 미술작품을 감상하는 전반적인 과정 들 사이에 녹여져 작품뿐만 아니라 건축물 자체에서도 박서보의 개념이 느 껴질 수 있도록 만들었다. 고형부는 공허부와 끊임없이 소통을 하는 공간이였고, 공기색을 통해 미술관 을 맞이하게 되는 동선이나 하부의 성큰에서도 비워짐을 느낄 수 있게 만들 었다. 수신을 통해 비워짐에 도달하려 했던 박서보의 노력들을 패턴과 같은 작은 요소부터 시작해 면적으로 확장시켰고, 이를 공간으로 넓혀 비워진 하 늘을 FacadeSectionPlan담아냈다.ConceptConceptConcept

This is where we started.A space filled with anonymity, a place where a he, or a she could be just ‘someone’. Any difference is to be dissolved into the ‘vaccum’ state in the dark. A place where one could speak their own voices to public without being noticed, and an agora where everyone striving for their rights could gather and fight for their equality. A place where once could learn to hear, a place where one could learn to speak up. Human’s house. That’s what we call this. ‘A society with discrimination could be solved with Anonymity.’

Raising Topics to the Public 3. Public Discussion 2. Cumulative Process_Rain 1. Writing Topics inside the dark We reach to the light and tell our stories as a ‘somebody’. The sto ries are then exposed to the pub lic agora where everybody could discuss their opinions about the topics that anybody raises. The agora is surrounded by the wa terway which is an accumula tion of the discussions people had through lapses. The writings washed away from Senegal’s rain flows in the path, giving the agora a sense that this is a place where people could peacefully put everything down and talk about themselves concerning with equality, and more. Even just a little thing like, a cute little heart.

As the vertical discrimination melts gently into the horizontal mass, every beings have a flow of equality as they pass each layers. At the outset, the mingled nar row-arches calm the cold breeze as they enter the wall through, filtering and equalizing sights from the outer space. Continu ally passing through the arches of the next layer, they soak into the dark that touches the deepest sorrows. The dark obscures the discriminations, treating every beings equal. And as the sight reaches through, a streak of light drops into the edge of the room, where we make our voices.

The Outer Sides are both Edu cational Spaces and Storage, but agora as is actually a big educa tional space. This is where a true learning takes place. The Space’s hierachy is not to be divided, but blurred, not to be defined but un filled. Not a single Optimal pro gram but multiple. Not just one but mixed. Not just all beings but also what the space contains are also to be respected. Not just a house for a woman, or a man. A house for all human. Hu man’s House. This is a place we desired to seek. A place for all.

21 산업혁명에 따른 도시의 수직적 팽창은 가로환경의 악화나 조망권, 일조권을 침해하는 등 도시의 정주환경에 악영향을 미쳤다. 이에 각국의 도시들은 다양한 방법으로 건축물의 높이를 통제하며 도시를 관리하려 했지만, 현재까지의 높이 제한은 정성적으로 행해졌다. 이러한 임의적인 일괄적 규제는 도심을 일정 수준 관리할 수 있었으나, 이는 도시성장을 저해하는 동시에 도시의 수평적 팽창을 유도해 환경에 영향을 미치는 등 다양한 문제를 야기했다. 이번 연구에서는 2015년 서울 역사도심 기본계획에 명시된 건축물의 높이규제의 수립기준을 토대로 내사산 내의 역 사성과 근현대의 도시체계를 존중하며 발전해나갈 수 있는 정량적 기준을 마련한다. 이는 조망점에서의 가시영역에는 현 규제보다 더욱 엄격히 통제하고 비가시영역에는 높이규제를 완화시켜 역사도심 기본계획의 취지를 따르는 방법으 로, 내사산 내의 역사성을 고려함과 동시에 도시를 탄력적으로 성장시킬 수 있는 계획안이다.

22 2015년 서울 역사도심 기본계획에 따르면 서울 내사산 내 구역은 내사산 내 최저점인 90M를 기준으로 도시의 높이를 규제한다. 이런 일괄적인 규제는 도 심의 스카이라인을 일정 수준 효율적으로 통제했지만 민간의 재산권을 침해 하는 등 다양한 문제를 야기했다. 현 연구는 이런 문제를 바탕으로 위의 계획에 명시된 내사산, 핵심가로, 역사적 공간 내 조망점을 기준으로, 현 도시를 바탕에 두고 가시성을 검토하여 민간의 재산권을 보장하는 동시에 역사성을 존중하는 정량적인 방법론을 제안한다.

27 잠실 롯데월드 어드벤처의 기존 올림픽로 쪽의 정문은 잊혀진지 오래이며, 롯데백화점과 롯데마트의 입면은 닫힌 채 로 올림픽로 변 30미터 공간은 오랜기간 미사용되어왔다. 생애주기가 도래한 롯데월드의 건물은 새롭게 재탄생될 필요가 있다. 잠실종합 운동장부터 올림픽공원을 이어주기 위한 이번 송파 마스터플랜 중 일부로 롯데마트 및 롯데 백화점의 입면 을 개선하고, 보행자를 위한 계획을 고려하며, 기존 가로에 불어올 수 있는 새로운 이벤트의 가능성을 모색한다. 위의 가능성을 충족시키는 송파 아치길은 기존 롯데월드의 구축성을 기반으로 탄생하며, 롯데월드가 가지는 장소성을 가로까지 확장시켜 또 한번의 롯데월드의 성장을 기대한다.

28 1 l 롯데월드의 건축적 상징, 아치 롯데월드는 세계 20위권 놀이공원인 동시에 그 중 유일무이한 실내형 놀이공원이다. 이런 공간이 가능할 수 있던 이유는 롯데월드가 가지고 있는 상부 천장의 돔이며, 이런 형태는 구 롯데월드의 출입구의 입면에서 가장 잘 드러난다. 구 롯데월드의 입면을 되살리기 위한 첫번째 방법으로, 기존의 볼트구조를 거리로 확 장시키는 방법을 택해 기존 롯데월드의 장소성에 가려져 있던 롯데월드의 구축성을 드러냄과 동시에, 롯데월드에 새로운 상징성을 부여한다. 2 l 기존 건물의 그리드 체계 1.5 l 새로운 상징성, 새로운 입구 형성 2.5 l 그리드 체계의 확장
