Heart & Hand Outreach

is a communityrooted organization serving families facing hunger, hardship, and major life transitions.

Our programs span food access, foster care support, youth development, second-chance initiatives, and family empowerment, all grounded in dignity, compassion, and partnership.

In 2025, we pivoted to, strengthened our programs, and deepened our commitment to dignity-centered service. From hunger relief to youth empowerment to foster care support, our work touched thousands of lives and laid the foundation for transformative growth we envision in 2026.

2025 Impact Highlights -July 2025 - December 2025

Hunger Relief & Food Access:

5,811 grocery bags distributed - 110,802 meals served 5,632 families supported - 12,917 individuals reached

These numbers represent more than food—they reflect stability, dignity, and hope for families navigating economic hardship.

Holiday & Family Support

Angel Tree / Children’s Holiday Program:

More than 50 families and 150 children received gifts, joy, and celebration. Angelique’s Birthday Blessings: Over 30 children in foster care and shelters received personalized birthday celebrations.

In 2025 our impact was strengthened through collaboration with: State Representative Felicia Robinson - Miami Dolphins Cool Church - Humana Healthy Horizons Miami-Dade County - Miami Gardens schools Walmart - Miami Foundation - Fiesta Party Rental and others

These partnerships helped extend our reach and deepen our presence in the community.

Program Initiatives

Community Care & Celebrations for Foster Care & Unhoused Individuals

Our mission here is to provide the critical supplies and personal celebrations that foster youth and neighbors experiencing homelessness often go without. By focusing on the gaps left by traditional systems, we will work to ensure that life’s transitions and milestones are met with dignity and resources.

Giving back is more than a series of projects; it is our commitment to being a constant, reliable presence in South Florida. Whether we are supporting a family in medical crisis or a student in a classroom, our goal is to foster a community where resources are shared and no one has to navigate challenges alone.

Heart & Hand Community Food Program: To end hunger in our community by providing nutritious food in a manner where people feel seen and cared about.

Future Free Community Market: We want to transform the Food Pantry Distribution experience through our choice-based community market. This future initiative will allow neighbors to select their own nutritious food in a dignified environment.

Feeding our community is about more than closing a gap in resources; it is about building a bridge to a better quality of life and providing the foundation needed to thrive. By mobilizing resources and preparing for our first choice-based Community Market, we want to transform the act of giving into an act of empowerment. We believe that nutritious food should always be paired with compassion. Our commitment is to foster a culture of care in South Florida where every neighbor is seen, every family is nourished, and no one has to navigate the challenge of hunger alone as they strive to reach their full potential.
