DYNAMIC SPACE
The project tries to implement spatial situations that have been identified on the site through observation, for the sake of potential users in the region by creating different modes of openness to the public. HAPOEL Complex operates today dynamically, so that it serves different functions during the week, acting as a synagogue on the Sabbath and for the rest of the week as a secular sports center. The goal is to enable the dynamic alternation of the users in the space that allowing various events while maintaining the garden that grew for decades in Tamar cinema building, by adding light construction building additions. The planning is done through using of theatrical concepts in metaphorically and substantially As a part of the Program which is trying to meet the needs of users and the place itself.
