classic guacamole recipe made with fresh, colourful and nutrient-dense ingredients that can be enjoyed with corn chips, tacos, or even on salads or sandwiches. HOMEMADE GUACAMOLE Makes roughly 6 servings. Ingredients: • 3 avocados (ripe) • 1 tomato • 1/4 cup diced red onion • 2 tbsp lime or lemon juice • 1/4 cup fresh diced cilantro • 1/2 tsp salt • 2-3 garlic cloves Instructions: 1. Cut your avocados in half, take out the pit and squeeze the avocado flesh into a large bowl. 2. Using a fork, mash the avocados up until they are soft and creamy. 3. Dice up your tomato, red onion, garlic and cilantro. Toss in the bowl.
4. Juice your lime into a bowl so that you can Guacamole pick out the seeds, then add roughly 2 tbsp to the bowl with the other ingredients. 5. Add salt to taste. 6. Stir everything up and enjoy!
