TENNIS TIP Three ways to win the BIG points

To play your best tennis on the biggest points, you should focus on three things: Take your time. You have 20 seconds in between points – use this time to slow down, take a few breaths and create a plan for the next point. Create a plan. Based on your opponent’s strengths and weakness create a strategy. When you prepare, it reduces stress and cuts down hitting without a purpose. Don’t change your game. Many players play the big points very defensively waiting for their opponents to fail. Make sure you put pressure on your opponents every point of the game.
