active malignancy

CVD: hypertension or ischemic heart disease

diabetes

chronic kidney disease

chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or asthma

stroke (CVA)

epilepsy

liver disease

mental health or addiction

frailty

smoker (tobacco or cannabis)

BMI > 30

CPAP use for sleep apnoea
