April Club Run
April Club Run Sunday May 3
April's club run will be the first Sunday of May. This is to work in with the open day at the finish venue and with Easter and Anzac weekend in April, we thought it would give everyone some breathing space. The run is being organised by Ryan Winterbottom. It will be a 9:00 a.m. start from Drury and is approximately 60 miles, finishing at the Glen Afton Bush Tramway. This day is an open day, the railway will be working, with a train ride and bush jigger rides available as well as plenty of gear driven steam machinery relating to sawmills and their bush tramways. There is plenty of room to picnic, BYO lunch or there is a cafe on site. Train rides run every hour. Check out their website or Facebook page. Entry to the Bush Railway is $15 which includes your train ride. Jigger rides are an extra $2. (NO EFTPOS)
