Golf with Celebrities to Support the Arts
T
he 4th Annual Kool Kids Foundation Charity and Celebrity Golf Outing is being held this summer at Cedar Hill Country Club. All proceeds will benefit the Foundation, which supports New Jersey communities with music scholarships and instruments yearly.
Founded by Robert “Kool” Bell of the legendary Kool & the Gang and his wife Sakinah, who are hosting the event with special guest host OJ Anderson, the Foundation believes that music and arts have magical values and provide remedies to the ongoing disparity in education. Each year, the event draws many athletes and celebrities, and this year, 25 of Kool’s special friends including Chris Tucker and Ja Rule, will be in attendance. Guests will enjoy a brunch, followed by a Shotgun start in scramble format, with a complimentary beverage cart. That evening, there will be a cocktail reception, open bar, highend cigars, awards, a cocktail singer, dinner, and live band.
