Rationale: Trinity students from all backgrounds must be prepared to learn, work, and thrive in a diverse, multicultural environment. Providing students with appropriate experience, knowledge, and skills will prepare them with a foundation for adult citizenship, future career success, and continued life-long learning. CELCS will share their plan for guidelines to be used with all employers who engage in campus recruiting/interviews and internship sponsors. These guidelines should be consistent with Trinity’s values restorative development for harassment in the workplace.
