Harbor Springs Rendezvous
W
hether members arrived by boat or car, the 2020 rendezvous in Harbor Springs offered the perfect Up North escape. Twenty-five slips were reserved for GPYC at the Harbor Springs Municipal Marina and Walstrom Marina. Members gathered on their first night at the city docks to enjoy a cocktail reception, while enjoying the music of Dave Cisco. Due to the governor’s Executive Order limiting capacity for indoor events, this was the only group gathering. In addition, the group was able to support local children in need with a special raffle. Deb Snethkamp donated a stocked Yeti cooler for the raffle, which raised a total of $1,640 to help stock backpacks with food for local children. The raffles raised $820, which was then matched by Dan Gassar (Witbeck) and Ryan Haverland (Thermador and Bosch). GPYC member Tom Stephenson was the winner of the raffle.
