Daniel Trett
After spending 12 years in Estate Agency and working in the areas of North Norfolk to Lowestoft and working for large national companies (both corporate and family owned) I felt it was right to start this company. Having gained valuable experience at valuing properties I have gained knowledge of how to treat customers as individuals with an honest approach. I have lived in the area all my life, so there are many regular faces I deal with time and time again, and want everyone to feel comfortable with buying / selling and letting through Trett Phillips Residential.

Mary Jordan-Fearns
Mary is an experienced Mortgage and Protection Broker with 18 years history of working in the Estate Agency Industry and Banking Services. Her aim is to take what is a complicated and challenging process and make it simple and easy for you as well as ensuring she is saving you money and getting the best mortgage and protection requirements to suit your needs. Mary will ensure she makes this an enjoyable experience by removing all the stress whilst still offering clear and unbiased advice.
Jordan Livermore
With a strong background in Estate Agency, Jordan joined Trett Phillips Residential knowing that this was the place to be to further his career. He is willing to help where he can and assist in all aspects of the sales process offering his knowledge and expertise to you. Jordan lives locally, and can advise on what it is like to live here and point out the nearest amenities to help you decide on your perfect location.
Scarlet Critoph
Previously working for a law firm, Scarlet was already involved in the process of house sales and has easily carried these skills over into Estate Agency. Supporting the sales team on a daily basis and adding creative ideas to the marketing, she is involved in every step of your house move. Always wanting to help and go the extra mile for her clients.
Robert Wright
Joining us from a management background in retail, Rob can offer the highest levels of customer service.The time came for a change and he knew Estate Agency was the direction he wanted. He is able to continue his amazing customer service skills on a daily basis and able to help clients with their move. Every day is exciting for Rob, quickly learning and establishing himself in the sales team.
