Leon started the company in December 2003 and has been an Estate Agent since August 1991, having run various branches for both corporate and independent companies. I saw an opportunity to really personalise the service that estate agents offer to the public and it is this service that has seen my clients come back to Squares and myself time and time again.

I am very proud of this family run business with my wife to be Eve Samuel as we really care about the personal service we provide.
Eve joined Squares Estate Agents in February 2005, her role has been very diverse over the years and now knows every aspect of the business inside out. Eves primary role is aiding the Director to run the business on a day to day basis helping it to run smoothly. Eve manages the landlord accounts to ensure smooth payments of their rent.
Eve has recently celebrated 14 years service with Squares!
Lilla originally joined Squares Estate Agents in 2004 and left on maternity leave for a period and rejoined in 2013 in order to help in the Lettings department after a period of significant growth. Lilla offers a wealth of knowledge on the property market and lettings management. Lilla is responsible for our referencing, move in’s and check outs.
The service we received was very friendly, very thorough and sold the property very quickly.
Leon kept us up-todate on the viewings everyday, the feedback was excellent. He was very good with the marketing and sales advice.
If there is any negotiation that needs to take place around price or any aspect of the property. Leon is very open and honest and will advice both me and the tenants as to how we reach a successful tenancy agreement.
