Richmonds Property Services was established in 2006 by local directors Nathan McCathie, Tony Pilcher and Kevin Crowney.
Richmonds are the market leading estate agent for the local area and provide a hands on director service from start to finish.

Kevin is a founding director/owner of Richmonds with over 20 years of industry experience.
KEVIN CROWNEY Owner
He has an overwhelming desire to see high levels of customer service delivered to all of Richmonds customers, believing this is what sets his company apart from the competition – and the reason Richmonds has been the leading agent in the area for as long as it has. Having lived in the local area with his family for many years, he is a keen supporter of the local community.
Kerry began her lettings career over 20 years ago working for a large corporate company, gaining training and experience in all aspects of lettings and property management.
Tony has in excess of 25 years’ experience in estate agency. Prior to opening Richmonds in 2006 Tony enjoyed many successful years in senior management with both independent and corporate firms in and around the Southampton area.
Tony is responsible of managing the experienced team and ensuring that the highest levels of customer service and results are consistently achieved. Tony lives locally with his family and outside of work enjoys many sports, travelling and being a husband and Dad!
Nathan grew up in Hedge End and lives in Grange Park with his three children.
Nathan looks after the majority of our sellers at Richmond’s and works closely with the team to ensure the customers are kept up to date. Whether it’s a Monday night or a Sunday morning; Nathan is always available for our sellers.
KERRY COLEMAN Lettings
Having always worked in the busy Southampton area, Kerry has gained invaluable knowledge and prides herself on providing excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants. Working at Richmonds for the last 6 years, Kerry lives locally and is proud to offer landlords and tenants a second to non-personal service.
ANNIE RAWLINGS Sales
From an early beginning in the property sector, performing inventories for a property management company in 1994, Annie later moved to an administrative role within the lettings department.
In 2013 she joined the sales team at Richmonds Property in Hedge End. Coupled with the responsibility of meeting vendors and clients at our local properties, she also supports the team during holidays and busy periods.
MARK TOMLIN Sales Associate
Mark is a well respected property professional, Mark brings with him a wealth of property expertise gained over 20 years in the industry. Integrity and honesty are important to Mark and one of the main reasons why he has chose Richmonds in which to further his career. Mark has lived locally with his family for 20 years so has invaluable knowledge of the area.
RAY Associate
Ben has been in estate agency for the past 14 years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Extremely customer service oriented, Ben has a passion for delivering the best possible experience during the house moving process. When not working Ben is kept busy by his daughter Maisie and enjoys sports and socialising with friends.
LIZ WATTS Sales & Administration
Liz has worked for Richmonds since 2007 and is an integral member of the team.
Dealing with all aspects of administration, Liz prides herself on running a highly efficient department paying meticulous attention to detail whilst ensuring work is completed quickly and on time. With a wealth of experience, knowledge of the local area, and great customer service skills, Liz enjoys working on the sales side at weekends providing extra support to the team. Outside of work Liz raises a family and enjoys socialising with friends.
