I am responsible for helping vendors sell their property and helping buyers find a property which is just right for them. I’ve grown up in Hull around the property industry, working with my family from a young age, and more recently I’ve come back from a few years working in the sector in London. It is a really fulfilling feeling when the client is happy with the service, whether it be handing their new house keys over or the completion of a sale, and I strive for that feeling. My first house: Having recently relocated from London, where I was working in the property industry, I am now saving for my first property in Hull. My dream home would include: A large barn conversation with plenty of outdoor space. It’s got to have exposed timbers and brickwork, a wood burner and the property must have lots of character. In my spare time/ hobbies: In my spare time I go to the gym and watch the football. I also love music and play guitar when I can.

I am responsible for leading the sales team, carry out valuation appointments, accompanied viewings and assisting in all ways of helping the business move forward. Having been in the property industry for over 20 years I can honestly say I love every part of being an estate agent and I am aware of how stressful the buying and selling process can be, which is why my main focus is to provide the highest standard of customer service to each and every client and guide them through the process from start to finish. I am proud to be part of such a successful, growing team who are just as dedicated as myself. My first house: A two bedroom extended house in the West of Hull which was decorated green internally from top to bottom. My dream home would include: A balcony with a sea view. In my spare time/ hobbies: I have family in different parts of the UK so I enjoy weekends and time away visiting the family.

My job on a day to day basis includes dealing with enquiries from potential buyers, tenants, vendors and landlords. I enjoy all aspects of my job and it is really rewarding when the tenants or buyers come to collect their keys for the office because it makes, what can sometimes be a stressful and complex time prior to completion, all extremely worthwhile to see the smile on a new home owners or tenants face. My first home: Still living with my parents, after 26 years in the same home from returning home from the hospital as a little baby. Unfortunately, Covid-19 set us back in purchasing our first home but we will get there in the end. My dream home would include: It would have to have a drive!! And probably a dressing room, actually no definitely a dressing room. In my spare time/hobbies: Spending time with my friends is a massive part of my life along with spending time with my family.

I am responsible for all aspects of the lettings department, from booking the first viewing to progressing through to move in day and everything in between. I also deal with the managed portfolio and liaise with Landlords and tenants whilst in tenancy. I have been in the property industry for many years and enjoy the fast paced environment, I just love what I do and helping someone find their home is very rewarding. My first home: I bought my first home when I was just 20 years old, which was a small cosy 2 bed terrace in West Hull. I have since moved onto my now family home which we are currently renovating to make it perfect for my little family. My dream home would include: Dressing room and a huge garden with a summer house would be the dream. In my spare time/hobbies: I don’t get much spare time with 2 Children (1 year old & 9 Year old) but when I do, I love to meet up with friends and have a few cocktails.

My main role is property management and dealing with all aspect of maintenance. However, as a team we all work together with the day to day running of the lettings department. This varies from arranging viewings, to final inspections and even organising a bird to be removed from a chimney! In a nutshell I never know what my next call is going to be which makes every day different and very exciting. My first house: I am currently in the process of looking to purchase my first home with my boyfriend it will either be in a west Hull Village or Beverley. My dream home would include: A traditional home with modern interior preferably with a games room, pool and cinema! My ultimate house goal is @writetomanisha on Instagram her house is beautiful! In my spare time/ hobbies: I love going on long walks with my mum’s dog Holly, she’s a golden retriever.

MORTGAGE ADVISER I am Mortgage and Protection specialist, and my role includes finding the most suitability products for my clients from First Time buyers and home movers to Buy to let landlords. Within my career I have dealt with rentals, sales and mortgages and find it very rewarding helping and advising people from all walks of life with different goals and ambitions. My first home: I am still living in my first home in Long Riston with my partner and our sausage dog Arthur Harold. In my spare time/hobbies: I have a horse named Ally who I regularly ride, and I love going for walks with our dog and exploring new places. My dream home would include: My ultimate dream home is a rural farmhouse property overlooking the countryside with large walk-in wardrobe and a home gym. My favourite local restaurant: My favorite restaurant is AlPorto on the Marina.
