MEET THE TEAM
Darren is the managing director of Desmond & Co Estate Agents. He has worked in the property industry since 2002 and his experience in both good and bad markets has helped him to create a company that puts clients as well as colleagues at the fore front of the business. In his spare time Darren plays golf and represented Cornwall and England at junior level.
Emma has been in and around the property industry since meeting Darren and has worked actively as an agent for the past 5 years. Previously working in a customer facing industry where service was paramount working for British Airways and Virgin Atlantic, Emma has developed an understanding of what clients require and how Desmond & Co can provide it. Most of Emma’s spare time is spent cleaning up after Ella and Hugo.

Adam has over fifteen consecutive years’ worth of experience, of working within the Cornish property market. Throughout his fifteen year career Adam has earnt an unrivaled reputation in the area, with clients, applicants and associated professionals. Michael moved with his family to Cornwall early in his childhood and now proudly proclaims to be a Cornishman by choice! Having lived on both the north and south coast of Cornwall, Michael has gained a wealth of knowledge in estate agency to help guide any prospective purchaser to the right property for them. Michael is also in a unique position to offer detailed advice on home improvements or planning matters based on his in depth understanding of the building industry and personal approach to customers.
