Art Club

We are pleased to welcome some new members to the group. Hopefully they will enjoy our informal mix of painting/ drawing,chat and tea.

This month showcases the work of Stotfold resident Sue Farmer Her early talent for art found outlet in designs for Roecroft PTA in the 80s and making ceramics with her own kiln.However on retirement she was able to devote more time to art and craft. She took classes at the Settlement in LGC and when covid closed these down, she took an online Masterclass supported by Fund Art. This proved to be an inspiration and Sue went on to produce and sell paintings, with a display in 2021 at Lister Hospital's LifeArt gallery. .

Sue joined Stotfold Art Group when we reopened in July 2021 and works on watercolour paintings during these sessions. However most of her work is produced in her garden cabin, where she can be found mixing and pouring STOTFOLD HOME MAINTENANCE SERVICES acrylic paint to make some unique and stunning designs.
