5k Run/Walk
Start the day with a robust 5k Run/Walk. This compe��on is open to the public and we encourage the Birmingham community to par�cipate.
Opening Ceremony Salute to Veterans Living Donor Celebra�on
Later, gather for the Opening Ceremony to launch the Games. Recipients and Donor Families are celebrated and honored in the Parade of Athletes. Special recogni�on is paid to our Veterans in the transplant community, as well as Living Donors who selflessly donated to save the lives of family, friends or complete strangers.
