Just an update Monday 6th October. This week's headlines: NEW: Simplified Data Protection Leaflet & Process We are pleased to confirm that a new Data Protection Leaflet has been produced which no longer requires uploading to Concert Hub. Previously, you were either to obtain a wet signature, or attach a screen shot of the Smartr client portal acknowledgement to Concert Hub. neither are now required . You are still required to issue this to the customer and for audit purposes you should issue this in the client portal and request an acknowledgement – this will protect you from complaints pertaining to non-issue of this document.
