My Financial Services journey started 18 years ago where I began as a Trainee Mortgage & Protection Consultant for a large estate agency business, during my time in this role I learnt numerous skills, gained several promotions and won multiple awards. In 2010 and shortly after the arrival of my eldest son I took the decision to step into Sales Management, firstly as a Mentor and then as a Sales Manager. This was a role that I thrived in, not only from a personal perspective, but in also being able to see my teams of advisors grow and progress as individuals themselves. Following a number of successful years, I was promoted into a Director role in 2018 before moving more recently across to Just Mortgages.
My decision to move to Just Mortgages was a simple one, I wanted to work in a positive and encouraging environment where I could support individuals in either making that transition into Self Employment or assisting existing Self Employed Brokers that wish to grow and develop their business further.
