2023 CAJPA Annual Conference Sponsorship Opportunities
CAJPA is offering sponsorship opportunities that include more exposure than just at the annual conference. We recognize the value in the partnership CAJPA has with its industry partners and wanted to go above and beyond to connect them with CAJPA members throughout the year.
All sponsorships include:

TITANIUM $15,000
Year Around Opportunities:
• One time access to the 2023 digital member directory of all JPA members complete with contact information and job titles

Thursday Lunch
CAJPA attendees will enjoy a lunch sponsored by you. Your company will receive prominent signage on Thursday for the lunch through the exhibit hall and napkins printed with your company logo. Your company logo will be linked to your website on the CAJPA conference website as well as in the mobile app thanking all sponsors.
QR Game Grand Prize
Your company logo will be displayed on the QR Game located in the conference mobile app. All attendees must locate and scan the appropriate QR Codes distributed among all booths located in the exhibit hall to be entered in the drawing. An introduction and special thank you will be made by the emcee to pull the winning ticket in the exhibit hall at the event. You will receive signage at the event, recognition on conference mobile app and your company logo on CAJPA conference website linked to your company website. Prize value not to exceed $2,000.

Wednesday Late-Night Party Prize Drawing
As the late-night drawing sponsor, your company can raffle off a prize valued at no more than $500 of your choice during the late-night party. Your logo will be printed on the entry card and on signage during the event. Your logo will also be displayed on the instructional signs for attendees and in the mobile app thanking all sponsors.

Hashtag Sponsor Drawing (3 available)
There will be three drawings (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) each valued at $500. Participants will post about the conference on either Facebook or LinkedIn using the official conference hashtag (#CAJPA2023) as well as a unique hashtag of your choosing (ex: ChevronCAJPA2023). If they post within a set time, they will qualify for the drawing that day. CAJPA staff will select the winner at random and allow a representative of your organization to make the announcement. Staff will send push notifications through the conference app encouraging participation while mentioning your company as the sponsor.

All booths and sponsorship registrations can be completed online via the CAJPA conference website at: www.conference.cajpa.org
Please be sure to use your membership login if you wish to receive the membership discount on your booth. All registrations must be completed no later than August 4, 2023.
