This hard-working ambassador and woman of integrity lives, walks, and talks from a kingdom perspective, her life is rooted and grounded in the word of God and His redeeming love for her. Sheâs admired by her peers for being impartial, and she has a tenacity for building healthy and long-lasting relationships by building up the body of Christ and His kingdom to present everyone complete in Christ. One of her mottos is âLive a triumphant, abundant and victorious life in Jesus Christ and you will prosper and be in good health and have a lot of wealthâ this is her legacy. Pastor Neshella completed seminary school and earned her masterâs degree in theology and religious education, and family counseling at Bishop A.L. Hardy Academy for Theology in 1999. And in 2004 she was the 1st women Pastor to be ordained by her late bishop of 48 years, Bishop A. L. Hardy. She acquired her certifications in vicarious trauma, PTSD, FAS, dysfunctional families, and domestic violence from the University of Washington in Tacoma WA. Sheâs worked as a licensed registered

counselor for the State of Washington for over 20 years. Since 2003 sheâs served as the CoPastor of Glory House Fellowship Church. She is a powerful anointed preaching machine, teacher, mentor, and consultant for persons from all walks of life. For 35 years sheâs served as an international and national motivational speaker, educator, mentor, professor, and life coach. For several years sheâs also served as the Founder and CEO of Victorious Womenâs Ministry, empowering thousands of women through spiritual counseling, mentoring, and coaching. CEO & Founder of Abundant Life Outreach Ministries for Families, a wrap-around service program that thousands of underserved families have participated in. Alongside her husband, she is also the Co-Founder of M & J Networking & Coaching, a networking and leadership development, and economic development program. Since 1999 sheâs volunteered as an award-winning Domestic Violence Executive Director, equipping, and instructing women inmates at the SeaTac Federal Detention Centerâs Psychology Unit. She is a retiree and alumni of the University of Washingtonâs ParentChild Assistance Program where she worked for over 12 years with clients
diagnosed with co-occurring disorders, domestic violence, and Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. Sheâs also a retiree of Mars Hills Graduate College where she worked as a Domestic Violence Instructor and Professor. Pastor Neshella has been recognized on numerous occasions, receiving many honors and awards from national and international churches, corporations, community leaders, SeaTac Federal Detention Center - Lifetime Achievement Award, and the Kent, WA Mayor Award for Outstanding Community Services. Thousands of people throughout the United States, the regions of Africa, and the UKâs lives have been changed because of this dynamic woman of Godâs tireless work and sacrifice of service. For over 21 years Pastor Neshellaâs been married to Bishop Marvin D. Mitchell, D.Ph., Senior Pastor of the Glory House Fellowship Church in Kent, WA. They have four beautiful children and 5 grandchildren.
