This week we pulled Matt Posa from Black Group Realty aside to ask him 10 personal, and 10 professional questions.

PROFESSIONAL
1. What was your first job? Tutoring
2. What did you want to be when you grew up? Architect.
3. Tell us the thing you love the most about working in real estate? The variety, no day is ever the same.
4. Do you feel performance in real estate is measured by the team or by the individual? Always by the team.
5. What would you consider to be your greatest achievement? Graduating University.
6. What do you hope you’ve achieved in five year’s time? Five years is a long time, But I hope to still be adding value to the Black Group in whatever roles the future holds.
7. What changes have you made to better support your team? In order to support my teams, I’ve had to adapt. The teams weaknesses have become my strengths.
8. What do you wish you’d known before you started out in your career? I don’t think I truly understood that real estate never stops, sometimes the 9-5 just doesn’t cut it.
9. Do you work better under pressure or on your own schedule? I’m always organised. I produce my best results when I’ve planned everything.
