In October 2019, Chainé Pena opened Chainé in the historic plaza of Santa Fe. Chainé’s passion for cooking started at a young age where the kitchen was truly the heart of her family’s house. From there, she went on to partake in a pastry program and eventually a macaron class in France. Chainé became enthralled with the idea that a simple cookie can be transformed into an entire dessert experience in just a few bites.
