There is no better way to celebrate the coming of spring than with a sweet treat or dessert after a meal or with your morning coffee.
Like the flowers that release their aromas as the Earth wakes up from its winter slumber, the pastries and delicacies from the following local bakeries fill their neighborhood streets with familiar scents of chocolate, caramel and vanilla.
As the temperature outside gets warmer, a detour to one of these five Dane County stops might get your stomach to thank you and make you want to come back for more.
